Learn how you can achieve a digital replica of your physical assets, processes and systems. In asset-intensive industries, effectively managing asset information can deliver profound operational advantages.

  • Reduced costs through more-efficient spares and parts management
  • Improved safety through more-accurate equipment data
  • Higher plant uptime due to complete and accurate asset information
  • Increased plant reliability and enhanced operational compliance (EH&S, ISO 55001:2014)

By linking equipment data directly from both external sources such as suppliers, OEMs, engineering and procurement companies and 3rd parties, and internal sources including SAP Plant Maintenance as well as GIS, SCADA and engineering design systems, SAP Asset Information Workbench by Utopia truly captures a full view of all asset information.  This ensures improved quality and accuracy of the maintenance and spares information that is critical for the productivity and safety of mechanics, maintenance schedulers, MRO spares buyers and stockroom workers.
